The MJ Series is engineered for heavy-duty primary crushing in metal mining, aggregate production, waste recycling, and slag processing. Designed for versatility, it also serves as a high-performance secondary crusher for projects requiring large-sized coarse aggregates.

Features
• Equipped with a centralized lubrication distributor, all lubrication points are connected by oil lines for safer and more convenient bearing lubricating. An optional automatic lubrication system can be integrated into the control system to enable remote alarm notifications, providing enhanced protection for roller bearings.
• The equipment comes standard with four roller bearings, all grease-lubricated. The grease encapsulates the labyrinth seals, effectively blocking dust intrusion.
• The discharge opening offers three adjustment methods for selection: shim adjustment, hydraulic-assisted adjustment, and hydraulic wedge block adjustment.
• The mantle is securely mounted to the crusher by a structure combining pressure strips and support bars.
• Multiple protective components prevent damage to critical host components, reducing operational costs and enhancing operational efficiency. For instance, replaceable shims between jaw plates and liners, along with replaceable support bars at the discharge opening, protect the moving and fixed jaw bodies from wear. Heavy-duty guard plates on bearing housings provide cushioning and wear resistance.
• The MJ series employs an integrated steel platform support system, effectively preventing anchor bolt loosening.
