Features

• Hydraulic cylinders and accumulators are installed around the equipment to enable rapid iron discharge, effectively preventing shutdowns caused by iron jams.

• Hydraulic cylinders are arranged around the machine body, significantly reducing overall height and lowering factory height requirements for equivalent output.

• Maintenance can be performed by disassembling the upper section. The hydraulic motor rotates the fixed cone assembly out of the adjustment ring, allowing quick and easy liner replacement.

• Hydraulic motor-driven fixed cone rotation enables rapid, precise adjustment of the discharge opening to control output particle size and facilitates quick iron discharge.

• Flexibly switch between standard and short-head crushing chambers by replacing movable cone liners, fixed cone liners, adapter rings, and fixing bolts.
