Features

The rotor features dual primary and secondary discharge heads with a triple-channel design, balancing extended service life with enhanced discharge efficiency. Its modular structure enables quick and easy replacement of wear parts. Utilizing tungsten alloy materials and surfacing welding technology delivers comprehensive wear protection, ensuring the rotor remains exceptionally durable.

 

The crushing chamber features an optimized cavity shape to fully utilize material kinetic energy. Its circulating airflow design effectively suppresses dust leakage. Paired with an accumulation structure, it achieves efficient crushing while offering enhanced wear resistance.

 

The grease lubrication system features a dedicated independent lubrication system to ensure grease purity and effectively extend bearing service life. Equipped with three grease nipples and an independent flow distribution valve, it guarantees uniform and reliable lubrication. Additionally, the dry oil lubrication method enhances cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability.

 

The feed system's overflow capacity is flexibly adjustable to accommodate varying material properties and finished product requirements. The rotor feed rate is precisely adjustable to ensure continuous and stable feeding. Utilizing a centered uniform feeding design guarantees a well-balanced particle size distribution and consistent product quality.

 

Adjust the rotor speed by replacing the pulley to effortlessly switch between shaping and sand-making modes; Belt tension is regulated via hydraulic cylinders for convenient operation and precise adjustment.

 

Optional thin oil lubrication better suits demanding applications like sand production; equipped with an independent lubrication system featuring integrated filtration, cooling, and heating components to ensure stable operation; overall safety and reliability while effectively reducing equipment operating costs.
