Product Details
Coupling Sleeve
The connecting sleeve is also called coupling sleeve, which is a rock drilling tool to connect the shank adaptor and drifter rods. The mainly threads are R38, T38, T45, T51. The coupling sleeve is divided into full-bridge type and semi-bridge type, diameter-unchanged type and thread-converting type. It is widely used in open-pit mining, underground mining, roadway excavation, anchor bolting, blast furnace iron-tapping, tunnel engineering, hydro-power engineering, quarrying and other construction projects.
Semi-bridge Coupling Sleeve
Semi-bridge coupling sleeve, also known as standard coupling sleeve, has a segment of bridge without any thread in the middle, so that the threaded part of the drilling rod cannot be screwed through the bridge part of the semi-bridge coupling sleeve, while the end of the thread can tightly adhere to the bridge part of the coupling sleeve. The semi-bridge coupling sleeve is particularly suitable for high-torque drilling rigs. Most rope thread (R thread) and trapezoidal thread (T thread) coupling sleeves are with semi-bridge type. By far, it is the most widely used coupling sleeve.

Full-bridge Coupling Sleeve
Full-bridge coupling sleeve can completely eliminate the looseness of the coupling sleeves along with the threaded connection. It is mainly used in open-pit mining, with better disassembly characteristics, firmer connections, and almost no stuck happens.

Cross-over Coupling Sleeve
Cross-over coupling sleeves are used for converting different thread types or thread sizes.
