    The FS Series grizzly screener integrates the heavy-duty capabilities of the FD Series feeder with the precision of the LS Series linear screener. Designed as a specialized linear screening device, it is strategically used before primary or secondary crushing to remove fines and impurities from the feed material. By "scalping" these sub-sized particles, it significantly reduces the crusher's workload and enhances the overall capacity of the production system.

    Built to withstand the harshest environments, the FS Series handles massive feed sizes up to 1500mm and offers flexible separation ranges from 60mm to 250mm. Incorporating an FS Series screener into your circuit ensures lower operational costs, reduced wear on primary crushers, and a streamlined flow for high-volume mining and aggregate operations.

    Features

    • Equipped with a dual-shaft vibrator that generates stable linear vibration, significantly enhancing the screening machine's performance. With a vibration force up to 4.5G, the amplitude and frequency are flexibly adjustable to precisely match different throughput, screening, and feeding requirements.

    • The screening machine can be configured with one or two layers of bars, featuring a wide range of adjustable bar spacing to adapt to diverse screening scenarios.

    • The screen body and beams are connected using Huck bolts, creating a weld-free structure that is robust and durable.

    • Bearings utilize a “corrosion-resistant assembly” process combined with oil bath lubrication, effectively extending service life.
